NRCE was a contractor for USAID on the Projet Assainissement – Changement de Comportement et Eau pour le Sénégal (ACCÈS) in Senegal, which comes under USAID’s Water and Development IDIQ (WADI).  This task order was a 5-year, $22 million program designed to achieve improvements in nutrition through investments in water, sanitation, and hygiene in the most malnourished regions of Senegal.
