NRCE worked as a subconsultant to Halcrow on the Bangladesh National Water Management Plan for the Ministry of Water Resources on their national planning process. NRCE provided specialist input in water resources planning, including rationalizing the environmental issues into the overall planning process, and coordinating with other issues and sectors.
